Shanxi Juneng New Material Annual Output Of 3k Tons Of Li Battery Anode Material Phase I Project

Shanxi Juneng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. invested in the construction of an annual output of 30,000 tons of lithium battery anode material project is located in Yuanqu economic and technological development Zone, is a provincial key project. The project adopts domestic advanced design, optimizes the layout and builds Atchison graphitization furnace, which mainly produces anode materials for lithium batteries. In March this year, the first phase of the project was put into operation.

Shanxi Juneng annual output of 30,000 tons of lithium battery anode material project with a total investment of 570 million yuan, covers an area of 193 acres, divided into two phases of construction. In the first phase, there is one graphitization plant, one auxiliary plant and 12 graphitization furnaces. Equipped with multi-functional crane, desulfurization and environmental protection equipment and high current DC transformer, supporting 110KVA substation. At the same time, it also independently developed graphitized high temperature furnace head cooling circulation system, which effectively used water resources for recycling and no sewage discharge.

It is understood that the annual production of the first phase of the project can reach 10,000 tons, with an output value of 250 million yuan. After the production line is fully put into operation, the expected output value is 800 million yuan/year.
