Leaders from the provincial and municipal governments visited and inspected our company.
On May 5, a delegation of four members, including Wang Hongda, Director of the International Cooperation Division of the Liaoning Provincial Foreign Experts Bureau, and Hou Yuxin, Director of the Division for the Introduction of Foreign Projects at the Dalian Municipal Foreign Experts Bureau, visited our company to inspect the project involving the introduction of an overseas R&D team. Company Chairman Cai Fenghan, Chief Engineer Ye Tao, as well as representatives from the Technical R&D Department and the Chief Engineer’s Office, attended the briefing. Deputy General Manager Hu Dewei reported to the provincial and municipal foreign experts bureaus on the progress of our company’s lithium-ion battery negative electrode material R&D project, which is being carried out in collaboration with Japan’s TEXTECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd. (Huibishu Company).

The overseas R&D team project previously undertaken by the former Liaoning Hongguang Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. has been taken over by our company and has already been approved by the Liaoning Provincial Foreign Experts Bureau. Recently, our company received notification from the Dalian Municipal Foreign Experts Bureau, which oversees the implementation of this project, that an inspection of the project’s progress will be conducted in the near future. We hope that all relevant departments will closely cooperate and expedite the completion of the tasks required to wrap up the project.

The company has completed the development of its corporate standards.
The enterprise standard “Graphite-Based Anode Materials for Lithium-Ion Batteries,” compiled by technical personnel including Wu Shangfu from the General Engineering Office and Wang Liqiong from the Technology R&D Department, has recently been completed.

Recently, eight products of the company have received inspection reports from the National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Battery Products. The eight products are: HG-1, HG-2, HG-3, CGP-2, CGP-6, CGP-8, CGP-3D, and CGP-3E. The National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Battery Products conducted inspections in accordance with the national standard GB/T 24533-2009, "Graphite-Based Negative Electrode Materials for Lithium-Ion Batteries." The inspection reports indicate that all eight products meet both the national standards and the company’s own standards, and thus are qualified.
